A1: up to 90# then just power cleans to 100# (matched my PR). could only get 105# in full clean
B1: sub tan band pull ups, dips, handstand wall walks (1 rep)
C1: two rounds of 500m row, 2:00 split. felt like death warmed over
A: 185, 225, 255, 275, 300 (f), 290, 302 (PR for Power Jerk – 3lbs under Power Clean PR)
B: Done – All MUs in singles. HSPUs – 5, 4+1, 3+2, 3+2, 3+2
C: Done – First 400m cut short due to calf cramping. Slow.
Today reconfirmed I like lifting barbells for 1 rep and I hate gymnastics and running. Good day.
