WHITEBOARD – 11 July 2013

Workload:

Deadlift: Build up to 3 reps at 80% your lifetime max.  Perform 3 sets of 3 at this weight.

Then:

5 Rounds of:
200m Run
6 Clapping Push-ups
10 Weighted Sit-ups (45/25lb)

Notes: Have fun.  Use your abs on the sit-ups and don’t overextend to crush your back.  This would not be a good day to try and fry your back out even more.
