Conditioning:

5 Rounds of:
12 Glute-Ham Back Extensions (45/25lb plate)
8 Inverted Rows
15 Kettlebell Swings (70/55lb)

    • 5 sets of 5 dumbbell hang power snatches. 5 each side.

      Then same reps and sets but the movements would be straight leg deadlifts, dumbbell swings, and bent rows.

  1. In hotel, website claims fitness center with free weights. But we’ll see what they have. Will know at 6pm ish. Can I get a back up work out anyway?
