Row: ~2 minute pace
Thruster: 1, 2, 5 rounds completed unbroken, 3, 4 rounds completed 10/5
Burpees: 1st round completed 8/7. All others completed 5/5/5
Pullups: 1st round done with blue band. All others green band
Boot and rally in the third round.
Like I said, terrible workout. I vote to name it “Happy Hell-idays”
