    That was even worse than how it looked on paper.

    WOD: 47:11

    Row: ~2 minute pace
    Thruster: 1, 2, 5 rounds completed unbroken, 3, 4 rounds completed 10/5
    Burpees: 1st round completed 8/7. All others completed 5/5/5
    Pullups: 1st round done with blue band. All others green band

    Boot and rally in the third round.

    Like I said, terrible workout. I vote to name it “Happy Hell-idays”

    WOD modified Rock style, with a holiday twist:
    Part A – recover from hangover, 36 hours

    Part B – 5 rounds of
    250m row
    15 thrusters (40)
    10 burpees (sets 2-5 all unbroken)
    5 pull ups (blue band, think I may have actually pulled through my scapula a few times)

    About 33 minutes

    Part C – sit on couch and watch football, 8 hours
