WHITEBOARD – 27 November 2012
Workload:
Snatch: Work up to a max.
Then:
3 Hang Snatches (75%) on the minute for 10 Minutes.
Then:
500m Row to test
Notes: Well, we are coming up on the end of the year. With that in mind, everyone should be evaluating if they have moved towards reaching their goals or are currently further away from them than a year ago. What goals do we have in the community right now?
Speaking of a goal that is probably unattainable, look at the shape Jordan Jovtchev is still in at 39 years old.

Shoulder work day.
Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 5 115#. 3 sets of 3 135#
10 minutes of easy rowing: 2,326 meters
80 situps no foot holds
40 pushups (best quality pushups ive done in a long, long time)
100 1 arm KB shoulder press with 35 and 30# broken into 5 sets. Couldn’t find another 35# so i alternated the heavier weights for each set.
Shoulder is finally getting some of the strength back.
Snatch+hang snatch up to 155
Power Clean+push press up to 225×2
snatch 145
WOD: 115 X 3 X 10
Row: 1:41
65# snatch PR. I’ve been thinking my PR was 70# all this time and my last one was really 62#
made 6 attempts at 70#. was pleased that I was getting under the bar, but not pleased that I was dropping it forward every time
WOD with 50#. surprisingly hard
row 1:56. 2s off my PR. given how knackered I felt, I’ll take it
Knackered? You really do listen to Robb Wolf’s podcast.

He should let Greg Everett do a whole podcast
They have done some were it is just about training where Greg mostly speaks. I like how he is constantly irritated.
