WHITEBOARD – 28 November 2012


Active Rest Day. Pick some cardio format and perform it at a moderate intensity (60-70% effort) for 15-20 minutes. Then, pick a gymnastic skill or barbell movement to work technique on. If you are aching or have to do some pre rehab work do that instead of the gymnastic/barbell work.

    Pulling Day:

    Snatch Complex: Snatch High Pull + Hang Snatch

    Pendlay Row: sets of 5 pulls

    Clean Complex: 2 Clean Hang High Pull + Hang Clean + Jerk

    Pull up work. Still can’t string more than 2 deadhang pullups. Balls.

    rowed 1000m

    2 handstand ring push-ups. Never tried or did one before…they are hard. Interestingly, it was going to be one of my goals for next year. Leaves a ot more to choose from.
