WHITEBOARD – 2 July 2012

*Work up to heavy single

5 sets of at 90% max hit:
Snatchx1 + Overhead Squatx3

70s Hollow Rock

Notes: Thanks everyone for your support and patience with the blog last week. Back up and running. Post questions in regards to the workout. This is a pretty advanced workout, so if you don’t have experience with the full snatch do hang work and then hit overhead squats separately. Anytime you mix in multiple barbell movements the skill level has to be higher.

Anyone else loving the olympic trials going on right now?

Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
