Notes: Thanks everyone for your support and patience with the blog last week. Back up and running. Post questions in regards to the workout. This is a pretty advanced workout, so if you don’t have experience with the full snatch do hang work and then hit overhead squats separately. Anytime you mix in multiple barbell movements the skill level has to be higher.

160# snatch=muscle snatch for me
90# overhead snatch complex. I need work on positioning

95# complex. I believe 180# is well above even one OS for me…
