WHITEBOARD – 30 November 2011
Workload:
Mobility WOD of your choice
50 Snatches w/bar (Focus on Form and technique)
50 Clean and Jerks w/bar (Focus on Form and technique)
Mobility WOD of your choice
Notes: Perform the Snatches and Clean and Jerks to full attention towards technique. Today is obviously a light day, but it doesn’t mean you give it less mental attention. Your connect with the bar will dictate how successful you are in future lifts.
Also, if you think proper mobility is an after thought to performance you are crazy. Take a look at the picture of the day. That is Dimtry Klokov. He has won silver at the olympics and world weightlifting championships in the 105kg weight class (231lbs). Elite performance demands superior mobility, recovery, diet and life management (Unless you are Lawrence Taylor). This is what being mobile gets you:

snatches – check
c & j – check
Thanks to everyone who helped me to clear this hurdle.

Fred went from “I can’t do one yet”, to then doing 10 singles, then a double, and then strict one all in an hour. I think he is a cirque ole double agent.
I want some of whatever Fred’s been doing….incredible! Lookin’ good Freddy
