dropped into 2nd gear at the 200m mark, the eyes in back of Kemm’s head failed him. Note my 1:15 vs. 1:30 in round 3. Largest margin of victory is what we were going for.

i really, really need to stop taking vacation days. They are killing me.
400’s on treadmill in basement. Restricted on the max speed that it could go. Max speed 6 minute miles. It also took a few rounds to slowly increase my nerve to make it go that faster without feeling I would be ejected like a canon. So my times decreased as I went…opposite of norm.
