Workload:

Internal Hip Rotation w/Extension – Mobility WOD

Then:

400m Run

*Rest 90s & repeat for 4 total rounds

Then:

Max Rep Push-up

*Rest 60s & repeat for 3 total rounds

Notes: Record time for each lap & total reps for all 3 sets.  Inside ring on the track is 400m or there is a 400m set up out back.

    i really, really need to stop taking vacation days. They are killing me.

    400’s on treadmill in basement. Restricted on the max speed that it could go. Max speed 6 minute miles. It also took a few rounds to slowly increase my nerve to make it go that faster without feeling I would be ejected like a canon. So my times decreased as I went…opposite of norm.
