Warm-up:

A1. Turkish Get-up 3×2 reps each side

A2. Kettlebell Swings: 3 sets of 12

Strength:

C1. BB Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat: 5 sets of 8e (~4-5 reps left in reserve). ~ same weight as last week.

Workout:

4 Rounds:
400m Run
8 Goblet Squats (~20-30% max back squat)
8 Ring Push-ups
