Strength:
C1. Front Squat: 4 sets of 3 (w/pause on 1st rep of all sets)
80% of your top set from last week for all sets
Workout:

10 Double KB Clean to Push Press (~20% of max BB press)
2e Side Turkish Get-ups (~60-70% max 1 rep)
25m Heavy Sled Pull (Shouldn’t be too heavy where you have to stop anytime within 1 25m pull)
