Warm-up:

A1. Cossack Squats w/KB at chest: 3 sets of 5e
A2. KB Pullover Deadbug – 3 sets of 3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WvarCkeiWaM

Strength:

C1. Back Squat: Work up to a pretty easy single (should have 1-2 reps left in the tank). Deload to 5-15lb more than last week’s deloads.

Hit for 5 sets of 3

Workout:

8 Rounds of:

25s Rope Whips

KB Goblet Carry (2 laps in room or 25m lap outside)

8 Heavy Ball Slams (30/20)
