*Build to a max for the day and then go to 82% for 4 sets of 2

Then:

4 Rounds of
:
30s Ball Slam
30s Kettlebell Swing (55/35 – Chest)
30s Burpees
30s Death March (One dumbbell held in one hand – 10% barbell back squat max(
*Switch arms for the death march every round.

*Rest 60s and repeat
