Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat x2
*Use approximately 85-88% of your 1 rep clean max across all sets.
*Notice the this is one clean from the floor then from hang. 

Then:

10 Minute AMRAP:
30 double-unders
5 Ring Push-ups 
10 Step-ups (DBs = 10% back squat max)
