WHITEBOARD – 15 May 2015


Turkish Get-up:
Work up to comfortable max for the day on each arm then deload to 85% and hit 3 more sets of 1.


3 Rounds of: 

400m Run

2 Sets of: 
2 Bear Crawl (1 = Length of room and back)
10 Goblet Squats (DB=15% Max Back Squat)
1 Rope Climb

Notes: Please notice that the turkish get-up isn’t a true max. Go to about 85-90% effort.
