Workload:

Floor Press: 4 sets of 8
*Add weight from last time (April 30th)

Then:

For time: 

100 Ring Dips
*Ever break perform 200m row

Notes: Make sure not to go to failure on the ring dips. You can sub bar dips or push-up variations for the workout due to the high volume. You should be able to do 10 dips in the first 5 sets at least.  If you can’t go to a different movement.  This should take approximately 5-12 sets.
