Hang Clean x2 + Front Squat x4
*Use approximately 80-85% of your 1 rep clean max across all sets.

*Notice the cleans are from the hang and there is an additional rep in the FS compared to last week.


5 Rounds or 10 Minute AMRAP:
15 Goblet Squats (55/25lbs)
10 DB Push-Presses (20% max barbell press)
10 Weighted Unanchored sit-ups (Use 1 DB from Push-presses)
