Weighted Cossack Squat: 5 Sets of 10
*Try not to come up as you transition from side to side. Try to sit down and back during the whole movement. Hold the weight in a Goblet position.Then:
5 Rounds of:
400m Run
15 Overhead Squats (95/65lbs)
Notes: Have fun and sub out Goblet squats for OH if you don’t have good positions with OH. You don’t want to crush your knees in the workout if you can’t sit back in the overhead squat and keep your feet firmly planted to the ground during the entire movement.
