WHITEBOARD – 14 April 2015

Workload:

On the minute for 15 Minutes 1 Snatch perform:
Reps 1-5: 77%
Reps 6-10: 81%
Reps 11-15: 84%

*After your 15 rep you can move forward and try to hit more. Only do this if you hit all or almost all of your reps. Keep bumping up as you hit successful lifts. You can ignore the 1 minute clock at this point.

Then:

5 Rounds of:
Run 200m
1 Rope Climb
10 Barbell Deadlifts (40-50% max deadlift)

Notes: Please see the note about bumping up after rep 15 in the snatch work. For part two, sub out strict pull-ups or inverted rows for rope climbs and hit 5-8 reps per set. The deadlift should be a load in which you can hit 10 straight.
