WHITEBOARD – 10 April 2015

Workload:

5 Supersets of the following:
A1. Strict Rope Climb: 1
A2: Cuban Press: 6
*Rest 90s inbetween sets

Then:

15m AMRAP:
100m Sled Drag (1/2 BW)
30 Kettlebell Swings (35/55 Full Extension)
20 Knees to Elbows

Notes: Lower the sled wait if need be. It shouldn’t be a sprint speed. Faster walking would be appropriate. If you don’t have a rope climb do sets of inverted rows for a sub. Keep the reps to something you can handle and still have 1 rep in the tank.

Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
