WHITEBOARD – 10 March 2015
Free time. I suggest doing some light cardio to warm-up (Low intensity and about 15-20 minutes), pick a movement or skill to work on that doesn’t put you in a hole and finish up really opening up a movement pattern.
This was a great write-up from moveSKILL on hamstring tightness. With the understanding that “normal” should be you having the ability with a flat back and knees locked, to reach down and pick up a barbell, many of us need to work on this.
