A2. Dumbbell Stiff Legged Deadlifts 4 sets of 10

*Pick a box height you can hit with confidence, and make sure you are not rebounding on these.
**Perform the superset back to back, and then rest 60s before the next one.

Then:

3 Rounds of:
500m Row
8 Ring Inverted Rows
21 Kettlebell Swings (55/35 – Full Extension)
