Workload:
Back Squat: 5×1- Add 5-10lbs from last week.
Then:
4 Sets of:
50 Double-Unders
12 Dumbbell Thrusters (pick weight)
10 Toes to Bar
8 Burpees
Notes: For the singles just bump the weight from last week. Don’t go to max. We will be testing new max next week. Keep singles crisp with good speed.
The second part is a pretty quick workout. Hit it with better intensity knowing it is a quick one. (4-8m workout)
