20 Kettlebell Single Arm Swing (55/35lbs)
4 Box Jumps (30/24”)

Then:

Mobility Work

Notes: You will see strength work on Monday/Tuesday stay very consistent with Tuesday and Friday being a little more sporadic.  We were coming out of a traditional power cycle and are coming back into strength.
