Then:

B1. 10 Minute AMRAP:
10 DB Step-ups (1/5 bw)
3 Handstand Push-ups
30 Double-Unders

Notes: Squats.  Same as last week.  Try to make this session feel a little lighter and faster.

    I will try to view this as an opportunity to focus on quality over quantity.

    went down in weight from last week
    WOD
    4 rounds +2 step ups
    15# DB
    sub 4 one arm push ups
    15 doubles (cause I still stink at them)

    no pause, all reps done consecutively within sets.

    B1.
    45# DB
    5 rds + 10+3+2
    all reps of all movements done unbroken. I was really happy with that.
