Notes: For the first part elevate your feet approximately 3-4” so you have to pull for longer. Try to see if you can hit a little heavier than last week with the additional pull.

worked up to a successful 255#. Attempted 260, first one went up no problem. Second one i caught in full turtle mode and couldnt stand up with it.
