Set 2-4: 75% (1 Rep Max) x 3 Reps*90s Rest inbetween sets of 3

B1. 5 Rounds of:
50m Sled Push (105/50)
20 Kettlbell Swings (Full Extension: 55/35lbs)
Notes: This is the same load you hit 3 weeks ago for the deadlift. As always, warm up and if it feels sketchy cut it short and hit the deloads (triples).
