Set 2-4: 70% (1 Rep Max) x 3 Reps

*90s Rest inbetween sets of 3


B1. 6 Rounds of:
30s Rope Whip
30s Sandbag Squats (1/3 BW)

*Rest 30s

30s Kettlebell Swings (70/55)
30s Sit-ups (Un-Anchored)

*Rest 30s

Notes:  Again, this shouldn’t be too bad.  We will hit 90% again next week.  Hit a clean double and work speed on the triples.
