Workload: 

A1. Hang Snatch (1) + Snatch (1) – Build to  Max
*Deload to 85% – 3 sets of (2+1)

Then: 

B1. 10 Minute AMRAP: 

1 Rope Climb
10 Full Extension KB Swings
20 Walking Lunges
10 Burpees
20 Sit-ups

Notes: For the hang snatch, please try to catch the snatch or ride it down into a full receiving position.  Don’t power these.  That way when you do the 2nd rep from the floor the full snatch doesn’t feel completely different.

    165-175-185-200(F)-200(F). On the 200# attempts, i was able to stand up with the hang but not on the fulls.
    Deload: 160#
