A1. Deadlift:

Set 1: 90% (1 Rep Max) x 2 Reps
Set 2-6: 75% (1 Rep Max) x 3 Reps

*90s Rest inbetween sets of 3


B1. 10 Minute AMRAP:
200m Shuttle
8 Box Jumps (24/20)
12 Push-ups

Notes:  Heavy double.  I want you to warm up to a single to 85-87% and see how it feels.  If you feel like dog crap skip the double and hit 6 sets of triples instead of 5.  If you feel good hit the double.  Know that after this week the top set will be lighter again.
