*Deload 80% and hit 2 sets 3 Muscle Snatch + 5 Overhead Squats

Then: 

B1. 4 rounds of: 
400m Sand Bag Carry (40% BW)
8 Air Squats to Box Jumps (Step-Down – 24/20”)

C1. Mobility! 

Notes: Today shouldn’t be a killer.  You should use all the movements to move but not push at a high intensity.  Enjoy.
