30 Minute Mobility work – Pick anything you want to work on and feel better.

Notes:  Have fun and then relax those tissues.

    Definately not this. More like pause squats,box jumps, sandbag carries….with some plank and third world squats at the end to relax

    Rack Jerks: worked up to 265. Failed at 275 3 times before I got frustrated and stopped.

    2 rounds of 10 slow form pushups and 10 dumbbell shoulder presses.
