20 Back Extensions (weighted if appropriate)


C1. Tabata Burpees (8 Intervals)

*Rest 60s then:

C2. Tabata Ball Slams (8 Intervals)

    Missed the post and ended up with:
    A1: full clean to (2) push jerks. up to 100#, which is a PR for anything over my head in any type of jerk or press for any number of reps. today I am super woman.
    deload to 80# for 3 sets

    B1: 5 rounds of 5 ring dips, 10 overhead walking lunges, 20#

    C1: 5 rounds of 30s sprint, 30s rest. I was running out of time
