5 Snatch Grip Deadlifts (110% best load on A1).
1 Rope Climb
*Rest 90-120s between rounds.  


C1. 8x100m Run – Rest 60s inbetween

    Worked up to 170#. Missed 185 twice. Deload to 140#

    Done. 205# Deads.
    Scraped the crap out of my ankle from the rope.

    Sprints done. Held consistent 20 seconds per sprint across all 8.
