16 Walking Lunges (45/25lb plate overhead)

    Push Press: 225×3, 240×3, 255×3
    5 Rounds of workout and only did the lunges for 3. I have squats tomorrow.

    deload at 75#

    mod HSPU. cap at 15min cause of time constraints
    5 rounds + 2HSPU
