1 Rope Climb
8 Evil Wheels

    10RM bench press, up to 75#

    8 rounds of 8 straight leg deadlifts, 6 overhand pull downs, 8 weighted sit ups
    95# dead lifts, 80# pull downs, 25# sit ups
