Conditioning:

6 Rounds of:
10 Stiff Legged Deadlifts (Use load of best max double snatch)
8 Bent Over Rows
6 Pull-ups

    Worked up to a 245 PC. Caught 255, but had to ride it down.
    Deload sets done at 210

    1/2 mile run
    Schwabi drill.

    No power cleans

    sets of 5RM lat pull downs
    then 8 rounds of 200m run, 12 stiff leg deadlifts (25# DBs), 6 overhand pull downs, 8 plank wall taps

    and an 800m for time (4:24)

    Did power cleans up to 90#
    Dans AM class. tabata row, jump squat, weighted sit ups and push ups to plank

    oh, yeah. and a 3000m row in 14:42
