Back Squat: Work up to a 10 rep Max
Then:
3 rounds of:
400m Run
3 sets of:
10 Push-ups
5 Clean to Presses (50% max strict press)
10 Ball Slams
Notes: Hit a good number on the back squat but nothing too crazy. We are back on a Back Squat cycle.

Missed the post but did some crappy 2RM back squats
then some press, push up, evil wheels, split squat rounds
suggest ball slam sub for a hotel so I can do that in the early AM tomorrow

Backsquat: 245×10. This is 63% of my 1RM backsquat so I figured good enough place to start.
WOD: Done with 95#. All sets of movements done unbroken except two sets of pushups in the second round. All clean and presses were done touch and go.
