WHITEBOARD – 2 August 2013

Workload:

10 Minute AMRAP: 
10 Wallballs (20/14lbs)
15 Kettlebell Swings (55/35lbs)
10 Push-ups

4 Minute AMRAP: 
7 Burpees
7 Weighted Sit-ups (30/15lbs)

Notes: Perform the workouts back-to-back.  No rest inbetween the 10 and 4 minutes AMRAPs.  Have fun.  I expect 8 & 4 rounds.
