Workload:

Back Squat: 10 Rep Max – 90%x10, 80%x10

Then:

8 rounds of:
10 Push-ups
100m run

Notes: Make sure you are warm before you perform the 8 rounds.  If you know you didn’t get a proper warm-up don’t do the 100m runs full out until 4 rounds in.
