WHITEBOARD – 21 February 2013
Workload:
Clean – work up to heavy single
Then:
500m Row x 4
*Rest 1 Minute between efforts
Notes: Max clean without a deload. You should be aiming to get a PR today. Try to work up and make the lighter weights crisp. If you don’t have it, you don’t have it but you don’t have to worry about a deload so give a max weight a couple of shots.

225# PR +10
Best clean of the day for you was your 225. Nice work Brian

I think I just laughed out loud for a couple seconds. That is an amazing gif

In case Kevin posts his squat on the other day, I just wanted to point out he easily handled a 405 squat today. I belive we shall all move over and start giving him the kudos as strongest in every lift. It won’t be long till he comes after every last one of you.
320 Clean – Best clean I have had in awhile. I think the hip is starting to come back around for me.
Total row time was 6:37 I believe (1:39-1:43:1:39-1:36)
Back Squat – 405# ( 55# PR )
4 500m rows – 8:20 total time incl rest
Really great job Kevin and Brian!

103#
4 fails at 108#. missed the rack 3 times. the one time I racked, I couldn’t get out of the squat
but I went from 95# to 103# this cycle, and 103 today felt easier than last time
only time for 500m x 2
