WHITEBOARD – 21 February 2013

Clean – work up to heavy single

500m Row x 4

*Rest 1 Minute between efforts

Notes: Max clean without a deload.  You should be aiming to get a PR today.  Try to work up and make the lighter weights crisp.  If you don’t have it, you don’t have it but you don’t have to worry about a deload so give a max weight a couple of shots.

    • I think I just laughed out loud for a couple seconds. That is an amazing gif

      • In case Kevin posts his squat on the other day, I just wanted to point out he easily handled a 405 squat today. I belive we shall all move over and start giving him the kudos as strongest in every lift. It won’t be long till he comes after every last one of you.

      • 320 Clean – Best clean I have had in awhile. I think the hip is starting to come back around for me.

Total row time was 6:37 I believe (1:39-1:43:1:39-1:36)

but I went from 95# to 103# this cycle, and 103 today felt easier than last time

  • John Donne – Meditation 17

No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
