    3000m row warm up, 14:26 at 2:24.4 ave pace

    Madi 22:50 with singles, 25 mod push ups and 25 strict push ups, blue band pull ups

    previous Madi times were a DNF in 2011 and over 28min in 2010, but I think the 2010 time was all strict push ups and pull ups
