Clean – work up to heavy single then perform,

Clean + 4 Front Squats – 85% one rep max .  3 sets

Then:

4 sets of: 

500m Row

1 Minute Rest

Notes: Notice it is a Clean, and not a hang clean.  Have fun.

    first time, no feet
    second time, feet but bad rack. had to fight to complete
    complex 85#

    only 2 rows cause I made the mistake of eating before going to the gym. high hurl factor
    2:03 and 2:06
