90 x Back Extensions
80 x Squats
70 x Situps
60 x Walking Lunges
50 x Push-ups
40 x Box Jumps (24/20)
30 x Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
20 x Burpees
10 x Pull-ups

Notes: Have fun.  Don’t spend hours on a station.  If you think you will be longer than 2-3 minutes on a station then think about lower the reps.

    Just happy to get through the pushups and burpees with my wrist as it is.

    3000m row warm up, 14:26 at 2:24.4 ave pace

    Madi 22:50 with singles, 25 mod push ups and 25 strict push ups, blue band pull ups

    previous Madi times were a DNF in 2011 and over 28min in 2010, but I think the 2010 time was all strict push ups and pull ups
