WHITEBOARD – 19 December 2012


You know the deal.  Mid-Distance restorative cardio (15-25 minutes of work at 60-70% intensity) and then skill work, mobility work, or pre or post rehab work. 

Be the master of your health and fitness and work on something you know you SHOULD work on. 

On that note, here is a video via Dan that demonstrates our need to be belittled now and then.

    then some snatch drops and headstand-kick-into-push-up-position stuff

    Not posting the snatch drop weight since then Dana will tell me I’m like some nerd who probably got a wedgie coming to the gym that morning

    • I would never call you a nerd. I would call myself a nerd an maybe Dan but everyone else has my respect. Seriously though there are .25lb plates.


      • Clean Grip Snatch + Push Jerk (1+2): On the minute for 10 Rounds at 185
        3 Position Snatch Grip Pull. 1 Second Pause once bar breaks floor, below knee, and at hip. 225×3, 255×3, 280x3x2
