3 Rounds of:
40 Kettlebell Swings (55/35lbs)
2 Rope Climbs

Immediately after perform:

25 Burpees

Notes: Have fun. It shouldn’t be too bad as the kettlebells are light and only to chest height.  Make sure not to “crash” down on the burpees.  Make sure you keep control of the body even when you are tired and you keep some tension in the glutes and abs to bridge yourself in the bottom on the burpee. 

Also, Happy early Thanksgiving.  Enjoy the food and and company you may share during the Holiday.  Favorite drink to enjoy with that Turkey Thanksgiving?
